Is the eloise open year round?

Yes it is!! The venue has heating and cooling to provide you and your guests with year round comfort.

how do i reserve my date?

First step is to come in for a tour. After that we need a 50% non-refundable reservation payment with a signed rental venue rental agreement. Then your wedding date is all yours! Please note that since we have bar service in-house, you and your partner must be at least 21 years of age to sign a venue rental agreement with The Eloise. 

what are the rental hours?

Friday or Saturday Wedding Day Access: 10:00 am - 11:15 pm, Last call and last dance at 11:00 pm.  11:15 PM - 12:00 AM is designated as clean-up of your personal items and decorations. 

Sunday Wedding Day Access: 10:00 am - 10:15 pm,  Last call and last dance at 10:00 pm. 10:15 PM - 11:00 PM is designated as clean-up of your personal items and decorations. 

Weekday Wedding Day Access: 10:00 am - 9:15 pm,  Last call and last dance at 9:00 PM. 9:15 PM - 10:00 PM is designated as clean-up of your personal items and decorations. 

DO YOU require a day of coordinator?

There are many benefits to having a professional oversee your wedding day but you and your partner are not required to hire a day of coordinator or wedding planner for your wedding day. DO YOU HAVE A PREFERRED vendor list?

We took the hard work out of finding your vendors and have created a preferred vendor list for you. Our preferred vendor list includes caterers, florists, wedding planners, bakers, and DJs. You may select a photographer, videographer, officiant and hair/MUA that is outside of our preferred vendor list. All other vendors must be selected from our vendor list. Special request vendors are required to show proof of liability insurance and complete our vetting process prior to approval.

WE WANT AN OUTDOOR CEREMONY BUT WHAT IF IT RAINS? DO YOU HAVE A BACK UP PLAN?

Of course! The loft is our dedicated space for indoor ceremonies. There is no additional fee for using the ceremony spaces.

WHAT IS THE CATERER POLICY?

You’re welcome to choose a professional licensed wedding and event caterer from our vendor list. Wedding and event caterers must bring in food that is cooked and prepared from a licensed off-site kitchen, as The Eloise does not have grills and/or ovens to support food preparation.

Does The eloise PROVIDE BAR SERVICE?

Yes we do! We have in-house bar service and have licensed bartenders on our team. The venue is licensed with a beer-wine license and we serve a variety of beer, wine, seltzers, malt beverages, champagne, hard ciders and wine spirits. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Barware is included with your bar service. Please email us to inquire about our bar pricing. 

WHAT TIME CAN WE SET UP?

The Eloise is all yours starting at 10:00 am on the day of your wedding. 

WHEN ARe final walkthroughs SCHEDULED?

We do final walkthroughs 30 - 60 days prior to your wedding date. We will send you an email to schedule it. During your final walkthrough, we will finalize all your wedding day details (vendor list, guest count, table layout, etc.).   

Yes, a $1,000 damage deposit is required for potential damages to the venue or property. It’s a separate fee from your Venue Rental Fee and is fully refundable according to the provisions in your contract.

Is there a damage Deposit?

DO YOU REQUIRE SPECIAL EVENT INSURANCE?

To make sure your wedding day and investment is protected, we do require special event insurance. We require a basic policy for general and host liquor liability that can be easily purchased through online specialty wedding options like WedSafe and WedSure. We will walk you through this once you become an Eloise couple.

DO YOU HAVE Wedding Party SUITES?

Yes, we do! There are two spacious wedding party suites with their own bathrooms located on opposite sides of our ceremony space. The wedding party suites are on opposite sides of the venue so both parties can get ready on-site and not have to worry about accidentally seeing each other before the first look or ceremony. 

CAN I BRING MY PET?

We love our pets and bet you do too. You may bring your furry four-legged friend to your outdoor ceremony and include them in your wedding photos with written permission from The Eloise. To ensure a clean venue, kept grounds, safety and comfort to all your guests, we do not permit pets in the venue (including wedding party suites) except for service animals.

DO YOU SET UP TABLES + CHAIRS FOR MY CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

We sure do! The set-up and take-down of chairs for your indoor/outdoor ceremony and tables/chairs for the reception is included with your rental fee. There is no need to lift a finger on your wedding day to set-up tables and chairs at The Eloise.  

DO YOU have TABLE LINENS for rent?

Yes we do! We offer linen service in-house for an additional fee. Our team will help you with ordering your linen/napkin colors and quantities. We will also take care of laying your linens on the tables and cleaning them up at the end of your event. For more information, click here to download our linen guide. 

WHO CLEANS AFTER MY EVENT?

We do! Standard cleaning is provided by The Eloise team and is included in your venue rental fee. Just make sure to take your decorations with you at the end of your wedding day.

WHEN DOES THE ELOISE NEED TO KNOW MY GUEST COUNT AND VENDOR INFORMATION?

30 days before your wedding we need your final guest count and the list of your vendors with phone numbers and email addresses.

IS THERE PARKING?

Sure is and it’s free! There is ample on-site parking available for you and your guests. Overflow parking is on the property for larger and excess vehicles.
